The location was stunning, in the heart of the city. Stavanger airport was hardly 20 minutes away by car. The breakfast was satisfactory and comprehensive with many alternatives, the food was decent.

Location, breakfast
Pillows in room were very poor, gave no support and caused me difficulty sleeping. I have to take towels from the bathroom to use as a pillow to enable me to sleep.

I enjoyed the hotel's location, close to the harbor and old town. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, with fresh seafood and a great choice of beverages. My room had a comfortable bed and nice amenities. Some downsides included the long wait at reception upon check-in. It took me 40 minutes to get my key. I also experienced noise disturbances from a party on my floor. While the ambience was good, the room size felt cramped with my bags. I expected a better layout for a Superior Room.

Good location, excellent breakfast. The room was rather big. We stayed at the 9th floor with a super view towards a small lake and nice old houses. The bus from airport stops just outside the hotel.

Location was nice and breakfast was just fine.
Arrived around 10 am and we were informed to wait untill 12 pm as there were no rooms ready for us. I changed 2 rooms and finally the 3 rd room was fine, the first room there was a water leakage from the bottom of the bath tube to the floor, the second room was the worst I was given a very small room and heating in the room was not working. I booked for queen bedroom and was suprised to be given single bedroom for the fisrt and second room.

Exelent location, we were there for the Food Festival, and in just 5 minuttes we were in the middle of the festiveties.
A bit late check inn, but that was all due to the ongoing festival in town. we got the room earlier in the end with only a 30 minnutes wait in total...
